We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Career Counsellor to guide students and professionals interested in overseas education, work visas, and international career opportunities. The role involves counselling, eligibility assessment, documentation guidance, and end-to-end support until placement or visa completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students/candidates about overseas education, job opportunities, and visa options
- Understand candidate background and suggest suitable countries, courses, or job roles
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility, process timelines, and costs clearly
- Assist candidates with profile evaluation, documentation, and application process
- Coordinate with universities, employers, and visa processing teams
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrolments/applications
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates to management
- Stay updated on immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and overseas market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or international relations preferred).
- Experience in relevant field
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the overseas education process and requirements.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
