Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in Calling

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele calling & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making professional calls, generating leads, explaining our products/services, following up with customers and maintaining lead records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-generation records in MS Excel.
- Convert potential leads into business opportunities through effective follow-up.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further customer follow-up.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and lead-generation reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and qualified communication.
- Good command of Marathi and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Support or Sales Coordination preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Age

Up to 45 years
