Travelites is looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecalling Executive Intern to join our team in Kolkata.
This is a paid, full time, onsite internship for candidates who want to build practical experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, customer communication and CRM management within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to travel enquiries and prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls
- Provide initial information about Travelites' travel services and packages
- Maintain accurate call records and lead information in the CRM
- Update lead status, follow-up dates and customer details
- Coordinate qualified leads with the relevant team
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospects
What We’re Looking For
- Good verbal communication and fluency
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Confident, polite and professional communication style
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify qualified leads
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with daily calling and follow-up activities
