In this role, you will interact directly with customers over the phone, handle inquiries, explain our services, and maintain solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective leads or handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently.

Customer Support: Clearly explain company products, services, or offers to customers.

Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, resolve queries,



and follow up regularly to ensure high satisfaction.

Data Management: Keep accurate, daily records of calls made, customer responses, and lead status in the system.

Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 10th Pass or 12th Pass (HSC / Undergraduates / Freshers can apply).

Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi or Marathi (Basic English comprehension is a plus).

Experience: Both Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
