Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan Company: Vijayjyothi Financiers Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain Personal Loan products and services. Follow up regularly with leads and convince interested customers. Understand customers' basic eligibility and loan requirements.

Explain the required documents and loan process to customers. Conduct KYC tele-verification of customers. Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports. Forward interested customer leads to the Sales/Credit team.

Follow up on pending leads to improve customer conversion. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Required

Skills:Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers. Telecalling or Loan/NBFC experience will be preferred. Target-oriented and customer-focused approach. Valuable communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English .
