We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, provide information about our products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested customers and support the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
