Key Responsibilities

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective clients using pre-defined scripts to introduce services and products.

- Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming phone calls, address client questions, and provide accurate details.

- Generate Leads: Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.

- Maintain Records: Log call results, update customer details, and manage records in the CRM software.

- Follow Up: Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested leads to close sales or resolve pending issues.

- Meet Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any field.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and relevant regional languages.

Pay: ₹8,667.24 - ₹31,330.08 per month
