The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers/candidates, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining regular follow-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers/candidates as per assigned leads.

Explain company services, products, or job opportunities clearly. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. Follow up with customers/candidates through calls and messages. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Generate leads and convert potential prospects into successful cases. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required. Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Maintain regular follow-up on pending cases and commitments.



Coordinate with the internal team for further processing. Prepare daily calling and performance reports.

Required

SkillsGood verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of English and local languages. Good interpersonal and convincing skills. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. QualificationAny Graduate / Undergraduate can apply. Freshers are welcome.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, collections, or recruitment will be an added advantage.
