- TELECALLER (DEBT COLLECTION) Vacancies Available: 20 Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply Qualification: 12th Pass & Above Required Skills: Good communication and convenience skill Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Incentives Location: Pune, Maharashtra JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone calls and inform them about their outstanding balance and payment due dates. Review and analyze customer accounts, including outstanding amounts, payment history, and other relevant details before making contact. Clearly explain the outstanding dues, payment requirements, and applicable consequences of non-payment. Communicate professionally with customers and encourage timely repayment. Negotiate suitable payment arrangements, including installment plans, partial settlements, or extended payment deadlines, as per company policies. Address customer concerns, queries,



and objections regarding outstanding dues and provide appropriate clarification. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, agreed terms, and follow-up details in the CRM system . Ensure timely feedback and trail uploads in the CRM after every customer interaction. Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to making payments. Escalate difficult, disputed, or unresolved cases to the concerned Manager/Department. Follow the company's established collection and escalation procedures. Maintain qualified and respectful communication with customers during all collection activities. Ensure that all collection activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets within the given timelines.
