The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, providing support, assisting with Demat account opening, and coordinating with clients for their trading and investment requirements. ## Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Handle client queries related to trading, Demat accounts and investment services.
Assist customers with Demat &
- Trading Account Opening and documentation.
Provide regular client support through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Coordinate with clients for account activation and KYC-related requirements.
Assist clients with basic trading platform and application-related queries.
Coordinate with the dealing team for client trade-related requirements.
Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention and long-term relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly targets for account opening and client acquisition. ## Candidate Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products will be an advantage.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Comfortable making calls and communicating with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers can apply; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
