We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. The role involves communicating with prospective candidates/customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and following up on leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to leads and provide relevant information
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Understand requirements and assist with suitable options
- Maintain call records and update follow-up details
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets
- Coordinate with the team for smooth lead management

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary Part time: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000/month + incentives
Full-Time: Salary based on experience + incentives
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
