- Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Location: [NOIDA] Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years About the RoleProperty Expert Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Sales &
- Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and arranging site visits with the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases. Explain property projects, locations, pricing, offers, and available options to customers. Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment needs. Generate and qualify property leads through telephone calls. Follow up regularly with interested customers. Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits. Update customer information in the company's CRM or lead-management system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers. Handle customer questions professionally and provide relevant information. Coordinate with sales executives to ensure proper follow-up on qualified leads.



Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Skills &

- QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and polite telephone manner. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English. Positive convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage. Freshers are welcome to apply.
