HIRING: TELECALLER – REAL ESTATE

Location: Diva East, Thane, Maharashtra

Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate real estate leads.
- Explain Samruddhi Residency project details, location, amenities, pricing and offers.
- Understand customer requirements regarding flats/property investment.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records.
- Convert enquiries into site visits and potential bookings.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and/or English.
- Freshers can apply; experience in real estate telecalling/sales will be an advantage.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
- Candidates from Diva, Dombivli, Mumbra, Kalyan, Thane and nearby areas are preferred.

Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
