– PERSONAL LOAN TELECALLER Company: VBIZFIN FINANCIAL SERVICES Position: Personal Loan Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Department: Sales Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Personal Loan Telecaller to generate and handle customer leads for personal loan products. The candidate will communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable loan options, and assist them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities · Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding personal loan products. · Explain loan features, eligibility requirements, documentation, interest rates and applicable charges clearly and accurately. · Understand customers' financial requirements and identify suitable loan options. · Generate qualified leads and convert leads into loan applications. · Follow up regularly with interested customers until the application process is completed. · Collect required customer information and documents as per company/process requirements. · Coordinate with the concerned team for application processing and customer support. · Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and applications. · Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/lead-generation targets. · Maintain professional communication and good relationships with customers.
· Ensure that all customer communication follows company policies and applicable regulations. · Never make false promises or misrepresent loan terms, approval status, interest rates or charges.

Requirements · Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate · Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English · Comfortable making outbound calls. · Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. · Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets. · Freshers can also apply. · Previous experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC or financial-services sales will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹10,000 per month Incentive: Performance-based incentives in addition to salary.
