We’re looking for confident, friendly and organised people who can speak with prospective learners, understand what they’re looking for and help them take the right next step.
Your responsibilities
Contact learners who have shown interest in EXZELLENT
Understand their language-learning goals and requirements
Clearly explain relevant programs and introductory sessions
Follow up with interested learners professionally
Maintain accurate lead and call notes
Coordinate follow-ups with the marketing and learner-support teams
Share common learner questions and feedback with the team
Work toward clearly defined outreach and conversion targets

Who can apply?
We’re looking for people with clear spoken English and good communication skills. Hindi, German or additional languages are an advantage.
Freshers are welcome if you’re confident communicating with people, comfortable with follow-ups and willing to learn.
