KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls and generate leads. Follow up with potential customers. Explain products and services clearly.

Handle customer queries and provide support. Maintain good customer relationships. Understand customer requirements. Maintain customer and lead records. Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets. ⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS Good communication skills.

Good behaviour and customer-handling skills. Confidence while speaking with customers. Comfortable communicating with new customers. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
