- Make outbound calls from assigned lead lists and introduce Gary Global Solutions in a polite, skilled way.
- Share a short, clear overview of our services and identify whether the person is interested in a callback or demo.
- Handle inbound calls, note the enquiry, and pass genuine opportunities to the sales or business development team.
- Follow approved call scripts while listening carefully and answering common questions with confidence.
- Complete daily call, connect, and follow-up targets set by the team lead.
- Update call status, remarks,



and next-action dates in MS Excel or the company s tracker after every conversation.
- Schedule callbacks at the time requested by the prospect and remind the internal team before the appointment.
- Maintain a calm, respectful tone on every call and escalate pricing or technical questions instead of guessing.

Candidate Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or any phone-based role. Freshers with clear communication are welcome.
- Good spoken English and the confidence to open a conversation with a new person.
- Basic computer skills and comfort updating simple Excel sheets.
- Willingness to work on site at Greater Noida Nx One in a full-time shift.
- A patient, target-oriented attitude and readiness to learn product information and calling processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hindi plus English for local-market calls.
- Prior outbound calling or inbound enquiry handling experience.
