Asha IVF & Fertility Clinic, Gurugram is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to manage patient enquiries, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and lead handling.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of telecalling/customer handling experience, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, clinic, IVF, fertility, diagnostic, or medical services sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for patient enquiries.
- Explain clinic services and guide patients regarding appointments and consultations.
- Follow up with prospective patients and leads received through digital campaigns, website, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and clinic teams for smooth patient communication.




- Handle sensitive patient conversations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Work towards enquiry-to-appointment conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant telecalling experience.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitals, IVF/fertility clinics, diagnostic centres, or medical services will be preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong patient-handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Professional, polite, patient-focused communication style.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have previously handled patient enquiries, healthcare leads, appointment booking, or medical/IVF-related telecalling will be given preference.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
