We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide relevant information about tour packages.
- Explain package details, inclusions, pricing, and booking procedures clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to process bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements





- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam mandatory
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs, and other communication tools.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, travel, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
