- Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide admission counseling for various courses offered by our organization.
- Assist in generating leads through telecalling campaigns to promote online courses, skill development programs, and educational services.
- Provide career guidance to students on course selection, scholarships, financial aid options, and application procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers by offering personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in telesales or a related field (admissions/career counseling).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) and basic computer literacy.
