Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and communication-oriented Telecaller with prior experience in the EdTech or Education industry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce our programs and coordinate seminars, workshops, career sessions, and other educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce our programs and services.
- Connect with principals, teachers, coordinators, placement officers, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Coordinate and schedule seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and educational events.
- Follow up with institutions to confirm dates, requirements, and participation.
- Maintain a database of schools, colleges, contacts, and communication records.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with educational institutions.
- Coordinate internally with the sales/academic team for successful execution of seminars and events.




- Achieve daily and monthly outreach and institutional engagement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/status information in the CRM or reporting system.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Telecalling, Institutional Outreach, Business Development, or Counselling.
- Prior experience in the EdTech / Education industry is mandatory.
- Experience in calling schools and colleges and arranging seminars, workshops, or educational programs will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with school/college authorities and decision-makers.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and maintaining daily calling reports.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
