Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, work-from-office Telecaller role based in Indore. Only candidates residing in Indore should apply. The selected candidate will work from our Indore office and will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to introduce Discoverwebsoft’s services, understand client requirements, and generate qualified leads.

Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings, answering queries, maintaining call records, managing follow-ups, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The Telecaller will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, share prospect feedback, and improve outreach strategies.

The role requires clear communication,



professional call handling, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
