About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential business customers, generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into successful orders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has a sales mindset, and is motivated to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
- Identify and research current business prospects, including industrial companies, factories, workshops, and businesses.
- Generate and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Negotiate with customers and support deal closure.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, product availability, and order processing.




- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, or business development will be an advantage.
