We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Introduce and explain our software products and services.
- Explain software features, benefits and pricing to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule software demos for potential customers.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Qualification & Skills

- Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- Graduate candidates are also welcome.
- Positive Hindi communication skills.




- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite and professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn about software products.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
