About Viha Learning

Viha Learning – India's Premium Online Home Tuition provides live, interactive online classes for students from Class 5 to Class 10, with a focus on concept building, regular tests, doubt solving and academic improvement.

We are looking for confident, energetic and communication-oriented Telecallers / Admission Counsellors to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for speaking with parents, explaining Viha Learning's programs, following up with enquiries and helping interested students complete the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to parents and prospective students.
- Explain Viha Learning's online home tuition programs for Classes 5–10.
- Understand the student's class, academic requirements and parent's expectations.
- Explain course features, class schedules, learning methodology and admission process.
- Inform parents about demo classes, admission tests and parent counselling.
- Follow up with interested parents regularly.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic/admission team when required.
- Follow up with parents for completion of the admission/payment process.




- Build a positive relationship with parents and prospective students.

What We Are Looking For
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Ability to convince and communicate the value of an educational program.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and online communication.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales or education will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
