We are hiring Telesales Executives for Personal Loan Sales in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
- Convert leads into applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers for documentation and loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 4 years of experience in Personal Loan / Loan / Credit Card Telesales.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales approach.
- Candidates from Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services are preferred.
- Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram.
