Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and calling records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Ensure strong conversion and revenue generation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of telesales/sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and mature personality.
- Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
- Proven sales performance will be strongly preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000/month depending on experience, skills, and sales capability. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
