Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive for our Travel & Tourism company who can communicate with customers over the phone, understand their travel requirements, provide suitable tour packages, and assist in generating bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain Travel Packages, Holiday Packages, and Tour Plans.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Understand customers' travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Provide complete information about packages, itineraries, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, etc.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers.
- Convert leads into bookings and increase sales.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with customers before and after booking.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Required Skills




- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Interest in the travel industry and willingness to learn about new destinations and packages.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in Travel & Tourism, Sales, Hospitality, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
