Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive/Senior Executive/Team Leader to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Explain company products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Update lead status in CRM/software on a regular basis.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships through timely and effective communication.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
