Education: Any graduate
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month
Work Mode: Work From Office
Candidate Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable working with sales/admission goals.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries and leads through calls.
- Explain IT courses, training programs and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and encourage centre visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
