Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students/clients regarding study-abroad and immigration services.
- Understand clients’ requirements, educational background, and career goals.
- Provide basic information about countries, courses, admission processes, and visa services.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential enquiries into counselling appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with counsellors and other departments for further processing.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with clients.

- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant experience in immigration, education consultancy, tele-calling, or sales will be preferred.

Eligibility
- Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field preferred.
- Freshers: Can apply if they have strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Education: 12th passout or Graduate in any stream preferred. Age: 20-30yrs

Salary:- 10,000 to 25,000

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
