Position: Tele Counsellor

Department: Student Admission & Counselling for Paid Diploma Courses

Qualification Required: HSC or Graduation

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentive

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and generate admissions.
- Explain paid Diploma Courses to students.
- Counsel students according to their education, interests and career goals.
- Handle leads through WhatsApp, phone calls and online enquiries.
- Explain course duration, fees, eligibility and admission process.
- Regularly follow up with interested students.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and Mobilizer team.
- Invite students for counselling, demo lectures and center visits.




- Maintain proper student data and update lead status.

Daily Work Target
- 80–120 calls per day
- Follow-up with old & recent leads
- Generate qualified counselling enquiries
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Submit daily calling and follow-up reports

Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Marathi / Hindi / English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing & counselling ability

Location: Kurla East / Nalasopara / Karad Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
