We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Bengali/English as required.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000.00 to 15,000.00 [Salary Range] per month

- Performance incentives/bonuses

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
