Telecalling Executive - Animal Feed

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily calls to farmers, dairy farms, dealers, retailers, and new customers.
- Explain cattle feed products, advantages, prices, and offers.
- Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily call records, enquiry details, orders, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with pending enquiries and potential customers.
- Collect market feedback on customer needs, competitor products, and prices.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.




- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Representatives for customer visits when required.

Qualification

- Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, FMCG, Agriculture, Dairy, or Cattle Feed will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Customer-handling skills are required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
