- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective candidates.
- Explain overseas job opportunities, processes, and requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into applications.
- Maintain candidate details and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or overseas recruitment.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of overseas placement/recruitment processes is preferred.
- Tamil and English communication skills required.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time
