Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding construction projects, residential properties, and building services.

- Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, website enquiries, and site visits.

- Understand customer requirements such as plot size, house type, budget, location, and construction needs.

- Explain company projects, construction services, specifications, pricing, and available offers clearly to customers.

- Schedule site visits and customer meetings for interested leads.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into genuine leads.

- Update daily call details, customer requirements, follow-up status, and lead information in CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Site Engineers, and Project Team for customer enquiries and site visits.

- Maintain a database of new and existing customers.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Share project photos, videos, brochures,



and other details with customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Required Skills

- Positive Tamil and English communication skills.

- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and social media.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to explain information clearly and build customer relationships.

- Sales-oriented approach with a willingness to achieve targets.

Additional Responsibilities

- Contact previous enquiries and inactive leads for new opportunities.

- Follow up with customers after site visits.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management.

- Assist the marketing team in generating new construction/project enquiries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
