- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients regarding study abroad and immigration services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to basic queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain available services, courses, universities, and application processes as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and update their status.
- Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team for further processing.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Confident,
polite and qualified telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or the education/immigration industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
