- Call existing and prospective customers regarding TVS sales and service.
- Follow up on service reminders, enquiries, leads and customer visits.
- Generate and follow up on sales/service leads.
- Inform customers about service schedules, offers and promotions.
- Maintain customer calling records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Service team for lead conversion and customer support.
- Ensure qualified communication and good customer relationships.
