We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound calls with potential customers and business prospects.
The candidate will be responsible for making calls, explaining our services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, following up with interested prospects, and maintaining proper call records.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce and explain company services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information.
- Identify interested and potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain call and lead details in Excel or the company's tracking system.
- Schedule meetings or callbacks when required.
- Coordinate with the team regarding interested prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
- Valuable listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls.
- Telugu/Hindi/English communication skills are preferred.
