Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Must know English + any one South Indian language (Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam).
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email and Internet browsing.
- Windows laptop/desktop is mandatory.
- Good internet connection and a quiet workspace required.
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection for work from home.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Good listening, problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with customers through calls, email or WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer details and update records.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Meet assigned calling and performance targets.

Note: Candidates must have their own Windows laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
