We are looking for Telecalling Executives to join our online pharmacy team. The role involves contacting existing patients/customers who have previously purchased medicines from us, understanding their medicine requirements, and assisting them with placing their orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing customers/patients regarding their medicine requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and assist with placing medicine orders.
- Explain order details, pricing, availability, and delivery information.
- Follow up with customers for repeat medicine requirements.
- Maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.
- Update customer and order details accurately in the system.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and order targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer/order-related concerns.
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making customer calls.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, healthcare, pharmacy, or e-commerce will be preferred.
