60/40 Interior Studio is Interior design and construction firm. We undertake turnkey interior projects for Residential, Commercial and office spaces.

Immediate vacancy for Telecalling Executive with 0 to 1 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls.

Contact potential clients and explain our interior design services.

Generate and follow up on leads.

Understand customer requirements and provide information.

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Maintain client records and update CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the Sales and internal teams.

Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets.

Requirements





Fresher or 1+ years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Telemarketing

Languages: Tamil & English

Good communication and convincing skills.

Tamil & basic English communication preferred.

Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Basic knowledge of interior design is an advantage.

Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.

Salary & Benefits

18,000 to 20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Performance-based incentives.
