Acare is a home healthcare service provider offering professional home nursing, patient care, elder care, baby care, physiotherapy, and other healthcare support services.

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, explain our services, and support the team in converting enquiries into customers.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Contact and follow up with leads received through phone, WhatsApp, website, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home healthcare services.
- Explain service details, pricing, availability, and procedures clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer requirements and service availability.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide timely responses.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.




- Update customer and lead information in the company's CRM or records.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling or telesales experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, hospital, insurance, or other service-based companies will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain customer and lead records.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
