Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and explain company products/services.

- Contact existing and prospective customers using scripts.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Resolve customer queries and issues.

- Process product orders and maintain accurate call/sales records.

- Update and maintain customer databases.

- Achieve sales and customer service objectives.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience as Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in Sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Positive interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and time management.
