? Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates
- Explain the opportunity to become a TATA AIA Life Insurance Advisor
- Generate interest and qualify potential candidates
- Fix appointments/meetings with interested candidates
- Maintain follow-up records and lead database
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & appointment targets

✔ Valuable communication skills
✔ Confident and persuasive personality
✔ Comfortable making outbound calls
✔ Sales/recruitment experience will be an advantage
