Roles and Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through outbound calls to potential clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the perks of the project.

- Handle inbound customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide relevant project/product information to generate qualified leads.

- Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-up, site visits, and timely closure while maintaining accurate lead records and customer engagement.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in telesales or a related field (e.g. telemarketing).

- Strong lead generation skills, including cold calling and prospecting techniques.

- Ability to work independently in an outbound and inbound environment, meeting daily targets and quotas.

- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing sales pipeline.
