Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and enthusiastic Tele-caller to communicate with prospective participants, explain our programs, handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and support registrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospective participants.

- Explain meditation programs, workshops, retreats, schedules, and fees.

- Follow up with interested participants through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

- Convert enquiries into registrations through regular and effective follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and participant information in Excel/CRM.

- Schedule appointments, introductory sessions, and counselling calls.

- Address participant queries professionally and build positive relationships.





- Coordinate with the operations team regarding registrations and upcoming programs.

- Collect participant feedback and maintain follow-up communication.

- Work towards monthly lead conversion and enrolment targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Good listening, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport and handle queries politely.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp.

- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline preferred; 12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer support, sales, counselling, or customer relationship management preferred.

- Experience in wellness, healthcare, education, or service industries is an added advantage.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with one weekly off as per the studio schedule. Flexibility may be required during events and retreats.
