Telecaller Position: Telecaller Industry: Aesthetic Skin & Hair Clinic Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients/customers.

- Explain clinic services, treatments, packages and offers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinic team regarding appointments.
- Make regular follow-up calls to interested and existing patients.
- Provide a professional and friendly experience to every caller.
- Achieve assigned calling and appointment-conversion targets.

Requirements - Minimum 6 months–1 year experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive or similar role preferred.





- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Confident, polite and convincing personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and work with targets.
- Candidates with experience in aesthetic, dermatology, skin, hair or healthcare clinics will be preferred.
