- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services clearly in Hindi.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent Hindi communication is required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic Tamil/English communication is preferred.
- Candidates from Coimbatore/Tirupur preferred.
