- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding current overseas job vacancies.
- Explain job details, eligibility criteria, salary, benefits, location, and recruitment process.
- Respond to candidate enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and collect relevant information/documents.
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding shortlisted candidates and interviews.
- Inform candidates about interview dates, venues, documentation, and selection procedures.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build a positive relationship with candidates and provide professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
